From the farm

Wait-a-Bit Roots is Clifton Wright and his family on six acres at the edge of the Cockpit Country. The yam grows the old way: mounded hills, a stick for every vine, and heads saved from the best plants for next season.

We dig on Tuesdays and Fridays, to order, and deliver to Albert Town, Falmouth and Montego Bay. Cook shops and households welcome.
